Freight charges
Orders for less than three cases of wine will incur a freight charge of $3 per carton
Orders for less than two kegs of beer will incur a freight charge of $20 per keg
Orders for less than two cartons of beer will incur a freight charge of $3 per carton
Cut-off times
Wine: Cut off 12 noon daily for same day dispatch.
Beer: Cut off 12 noon daily for same day dispatch.
Note: These cut-off times may change from time to time.
Estimated delivery times - courier
Delivery nationwide within 2 working days (often overnight delivery is achievable)
Add + 1 day if your delivery is in a rural area.

Delivery
Please ensure you give us all the delivery instruction required to facilitate a smooth delivery. We will provide these details to our freight providers.
If our freight providers are unable to deliver and that failed delivery was caused by the customer, Kono reserves the right to on charge, at cost, any additional fees associated with redelivery.
Kegs
Kegs remain the property of a third party (Konvoy New Zealand Limited)
You must not (and will be liable if you do):
refill kegs,
use kegs for beverage aging,
alter, modify, damage or repair any of the kegs,
deface, vary or erase any identifying mark, number, notice or safety information on a keg,
apply any stickers, markings or branding to any of the kegs.
Customer must arrange for empty keg collection by Konvoy Kegs through Konvoy Cloud (konvoykegs.com) or by emailing empty@konvoykegs.com.
Damaged kegs or keg replacement costs will be charged at $165+GST each.
Pallets
Deliveries will not be made on CHEP pallets unless customer confirms to swap pallet or transfer CHEP pallets to their account.
If customers accept delivery on a CHEP pallet and do not supply a swap pallet or transfer account number, the pallet will be charged at a rate of $40+GST per pallet.
Damages in transit: Process
Goods must be inspected and signed for as in good condition on arrival by customer.
If goods are damaged in any way, they MUST be rejected and taken away by the provider who delivered. Please contact us by email at orders@kono.co.nz or phone 0800 864 894 within 24 hours of attempted delivery.
We are unable to accept any claims for damaged goods if the order has been accepted and POD signed.
